A 38-year-old single woman presented with an AMH = 1.9 for egg freezing. Ultrasound showed a uterus containing 65 × 52 intramural myoma, 70 × 57 intramural-subserosal myoma, 40 × 43 intramural myoma in the anterior uterus and a submucosal myoma. It is 27 × 32 in size.
