32-year-old woman with 8-year infertility and regular menstruation

A 32-year-old woman presented with 8 years of infertility and regular menstruation, without a history of disease and surgery. On hysterosalpingography, the right and left tubes are open, but evidence of peritubal adhesion is seen on the left. The karyotype of the patient's spouse suggests Klein-Felter syndrome.
