A 26-year-old single woman with a history of appendectomy and right ovarian cystectomy
A 26-year-old single woman with a history of appendectomy and right ovarian cystectomy has been referred. Surgical pathology is not available. In laboratory tests, AMH = 6.3. The patient states that she has used OCP intermittently to treat bilateral cysts. The size of the cyst has not changed. In the last ultrasound, bilateral endometrioma with a size of 66 38 38 mm was seen in the right ovary and 26 × 30 mm in the left ovary
