A 27-year-old woman with a history of two pregnancies, both of which were Blighted Ovum
A 27-year-old woman with a history of two pregnancies, both of which were Blighted Ovum, referred for pregnancy. In hysterosalpingography, submucosal myoma was seen with low pressure effect on the endometrium. In transvaginal ultrasound, 59 50 50 mm subserosal intramural myoma is seen behind the uterus, but the endometrium is regular and has a triple line appearance. Also, sonohysterography showed no effect of myoma pressure on the endometrium.
