The patient presented with a 35-year-old woman with primary infertility at the age of 13 years. . Has a history of laparoscopic surgery and removal of endometrioma and fibroids. Their partner's spermogram is normal, has had a history of 5 failed IUIs, and has undergone microinjection twice, in both cases the fetus has not formed.
