40 years old woman with 14 years of marriage and primary infertility
The 40-year-old woman presented with 14 years of marriage and primary infertility. The 37-year-old underwent ovulation induction at another center, but the treatment cycle was canceled due to the ovary not responding to the drug. At this center, they were again treated with antagonist protocol and high dose gonadotropin. After 8 days of ovarian stimulation, three follicles of 12, 15 and 19 mm size were seen but were not obtained during oocyte pickup.
