A 23-year-old single woman with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis
A 23-year-old single woman with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis, who received anti-tuberculosis treatment for six months 8 years ago, recently complained of abdominal pain. Abdominal ultrasound showed cystic areas that could suggest Hydrosalpinx and also in the right adnexa was seen heterogeneous lesion containing cystic areas of 79 * 47. On CT scan of the pelvis, fullness was seen in both kidneys. In the ureter on both sides, there were masses of hypodense with calcification with a size of 48 * 88 and a mass of 46 mm on the right side of the pelvis and a mass of 41 * 32 on the left side of the pelvis. In addition, the patient's PPD test is negative.
