A 31-year-old woman with a 15-year history of primary infertility, regular cycles with no history of disease, and a 42-year-old man with a history of testicular cancer who underwent radical left orchiectomy and underwent chemotherapy 3 years ago. They are now azoosperm due to acute orchitis in testicular cancer. According to urology advice, the possibility of sperm in TESE is low and due to being Single Test, the patient is not willing to manipulate a healthy testicle.
