A 31-year-old woman with a history of three miscarriages and no history of curettage in the first trimester has not seen a fetal heart in any of the pregnancies. Period cycles are regular and in the studies performed AMH = 2.4. Thrombophilia and karyotype tests are normal. Tends to get pregnant again.
