A 43-year-old woman with a history of 5 years of infertility

A 43-year-old woman with a history of 5 years of infertility has a history of a miscarriage without medication. He also performed IUI once and IVF once without results in another center. In the performed tests, AMH = 0.03  For her, ovarian stimulation was performed once with the Shanghai protocol, and an oocyte and an embryo were obtained during pickup, but the result was not successful. Due to the history of treatment and lower ovarian reserve, candidates were donated for the use of oocytes, using this method, two morula embryos were transferred that pregnancy did not occur. Two frozen embryos obtained from donated eggs were transferred again, which resulted in a negative pregnancy. They were asked for thrombophilic tests, all of which were normal.

What is your suggested way to continue treatment?
